Doron Neev - General Manager

Born in Tel Aviv, Israel.

 

Doron is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Anthropology, Sociology and International Relations.

 

He also finalized successfully his studies towards M.A. degree in Labor Studies at the University of Tel Aviv.

 

Doron has a certificate in French language and Culture from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.

 

He has started his career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Israel where he worked for 10 years, 6 of them (twice) at the Permanent Mission of Israel to the UN in Geneva.

 

After finishing his mission in Geneva in 1982, Doron moved to Brussels, Belgium and was nominated as the

 

First HR & Administration Manager of Scitex Europe S.A, the European subsidiary of Scitex Corporation Ltd. of Herzliya, Israel - at that time - the flag ship of the Israeli hi-tech industry. 

 

In 1986 Doron has moved back to Israel to serve as the Manager, International Affairs at the Corporate HR Division of Scitex Corporate HQ in Herzlia, Israel and was in charge of the whole large global HR activities of the company. At that time Scitex had more than 220 employees in relocation around the globe.

 

In 1995 he left Scitex and established the Israeli subsidiary of Corporate Resources Group S.A (Based in Geneva, Switzerland).

 

In 1998 CRG was acquired by William M. Mercer, the largest HR consulting firm in the world.

 

In 2000 Mercer HR Consulting gave some of its smaller offices, including Israel, "independence" while keeping close working and professional relations to those offices that have become independent.

 

Doron is considered as the "forefather" of the International Mobility activities in Israel and is a leading professional both in Israel and outside of Israel.
