Outsourcing of HR Functions
CRG can outsource the HR functions in the HR unit, such as HR management, Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Relocation Coordination or Organizational Development.
These services apply in cases such as:
• Small or medium companies which avoid hiring full time managers or function owners in the HR unit
• Foreign companies who have business activity in Israel and need support in HR management
• For temporary replacement of employee, such as during maternity leave
• For execution of a wide project, which is not part of the routine activity of the HR unit (such as the establishment of a site in another country, Due Diligence, recruitment abroad, relocation of a significant number of employees…)
